Mingtiandi’s APAC Logistics Series 2020 continues today with a panel discussion exploring how investment opportunities in core markets around Asia Pacific have developed in the year of the pandemic.
In the session at 10:00 am Hong Kong time Tuesday, 14 July, top executives from ESR, Allianz Real Estate, LaSalle Investment Management and JLL will be joining Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole to discuss the impact that changes in the market this year have had on demand for warehouse space, competition for industrial sites and fund raising for logistics ventures in the 45-minute online session.
Mingtiandi readers will be able to join the conversation free of charge by registering here, thanks in part to generous sponsorship from real estate investment and property management software provider Yardi Systems.
Sharing Logistics Insights
The panel brings together Stuart Gibson, who co-founded logistics developer ESR; Chiang Wei Ng, who heads asset management in the APAC region for Allianz Real Estate, the property investment division of the European insurance giant; with Claire Tang, the head of Greater China for fund manager LaSalle Investment Management, which has its own logistics platform in the region, and Stuart Crow, CEO of Capital Markets for JLL, whose team has advised on some of the biggest logistics investments in the region.
During the panel discussion, participants will be able to participant in a live poll on a key issue in facing investors in the region, and immediately after the session, there will be a Q & A session where panelists can answer questions for the audience.
