With the coronavirus pandemic creating obstacles to traditional ways of doing business, and market gyrations amplifying demand for data, real estate investors and developers across Asia are taking a closer look at tech systems in 2020.
To find out how the current crisis is driving adoption of new technologies, and to map out which systems and applications are most rapidly gaining favour with the biggest builders and investors, Mingtiandi is today launching the second edition of its proptech survey.
We encourage you to enter the survey here:
All entries will be kept anonymous and information submitted will only be used for the purposes of tracking industry trends. Entries will be accepted until Thursday 20 August.
Mapping Out Changes in the Market
This year’s survey of Mingtiandi’s 10,000 subscribers builds on benchmarks established in Mingtiandi’s 2017 proptech poll, and will form the basis for a report to be published in November of this year, which will be made available to all Mingtiandi subscribers.
In the survey and the report, both of which are sponsored by sponsored by real estate investment and property management software provider Yardi Systems, Mingtiandi’s audience of real estate industry professionals will be asked about how their use of technology has changed in recent years, and what plans they have for future system adoption.
We invite you all to take part in the survey, and feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more.
