David Ji of Knight Frank
Real estate consultancy Knight Frank this week announced David Ji as its new head of Research & Consultancy for Greater China.
Ji has taken charge of Knight Frank’s research and consultancy efforts after Thomas Lam, who previously ran the division took charge of the company’s Valuation & Consultancy business earlier this month.
Prior to joining UK-based Knight Frank, Ji had served for a year as a strategic analyst with financial consulting firm Ernst & Young, and also spent more than six years with DTZ, most recently as the company’s head of research for Greater China.
Commenting on the new appointment, Paul Hart, Executive Director of Knight Frank said, “David brings to Knight Frank more than 18 years of research and consultancy experience. I am delighted to have David on board and with his profound knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the Greater China and Asia Pacific region, I am confident that he will bring additional strength to our research platform across Greater China.”
Ji holds a Master degree in Accounting and Management Science and a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Southampton in the UK.
