At the top of this week’s roundup of people moves, a Pamfleet executive has donned a new title in Hong Kong, and the Chinese arm of Logos Property has welcomed a new associate director in Shanghai. A residential expert has joined a Vietnamese developer, while over in Jakarta, a leading Chinese property firm has named a new investment manager. And more than one agency has hired back a former employee after a career move. Read on to learn more about all these personnel changes.
Tisha Law has been promoted to Director at Hong Kong-based real estate investment firm Pamfleet, The step up is the latest in an upward progression of roles —Â from Manager to Asset Manager and, since June 2015, Head of Asset Management — for Law at since she joined the value-add specialist in October 2011. Based in Hong Kong, Law has also worked as a local area marketing manager at serviced office provider Servcorp. She holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Alfie Xu has joined Logos China, a unit of Australia-based warehouse builder Logos Property, as an Associate Director in Shanghai. Xu previously worked at Singaporean developer and business park specialist Ascendas-Singbridge since July 2012, where he held the position of Manager then Senior Manager. The graduate of Nanjing University and the University of Aberdeen also served as Asset Manager at Jilin Investment Group for over four years in Shanghai, and has experience with project leasing and office leasing at property consultancy Colliers International.
Aditya Hartawan is now Senior Investment Manager at CFLD International, based in Jakarta, with responsibility for developing relationships with clients and overseeing a sales team. Before joining the international arm of mainland developer China Fortune Land Development, Hartawan worked as assistant manager at property consultancy JLL for over five years, following a stint as a secured loan officer at OCBC Bank.
Tony Chan has returned to global consultancy CBRE as Director after a seven-month stint at ARA Asset Management, the Singapore-based real estate fund manager. Based in Hong Kong, Chan joined ARA to take the position of Manager last July after serving as Director at CBRE for nearly four years. Chan’s prior experience also includes four years at rival agency JLL. The experienced real estate negotiator graduated from the National University of Singapore and the Swinburne University of Technology.
Bebe Man Le has joined Alpha King Vietnam, a developer with over one million square metres of residential, grade A office and retail properties, as Senior Sales Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City. Le was previously Sales and Marketing Executive at property developer Sapphire, with responsibility for the Holm Residences project in the city’s Thao Dien neighbourhood, after working on the residential leasing team of Colliers International Vietnam. She has also worked at Viethome Corporation and IndoChina Land.
Desmond Lim has re-joined Colliers International as Senior Manager (Sales & Auction) in Singapore, after leaving the real estate agency world to work as an adjunct mindfulness trainer and psychotherapist from mid-2014 to March of last year. Prior to that, Lim worked at Colliers as Senior Manager (Commercial and Industrial) for over seven years, having started his career as a sales associate at Knight Frank Singapore.
