Tetsuya Fujita has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined what was then known as ING Real Estate Investment Management K.K., now CBRE Investment Management Japan K.K., in June 2009 as Director, and was appointed Managing Director, and Country Manager of Japan in July 2010.
Having started his career at Sumitomo Realty & Development K.K. Tetsuya Fujita spent 5 years on residential condominium development in Japan, and then over 13 years in U.S. where he led Sumitomo Realty’s U.S. operations. He went on to join CB Richard Ellis Investors Japan K.K. in 2002 as Managing Director, and served as President and Group President of K.K. New City Corporation of its affiliates.
He is a member of Executive Committee of ULI Japan and a Fellow of RICS.
