Su Lin Wee is an Executive Director and Head of Asset Management at PGIM Real Estate, overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets across Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and China, spanning multiple asset classes including retail, commercial, industrial, co-living and mixed-use integrated developments.
Su Lin has more than 20 years of real estate experience, with a strong focus on the development and active asset management of commercial and mixed-use projects. She started her career in Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority where she was responsible for shaping the award-winning and historically-rich Bras Basah and Bugis districts in the heart of the city.
This was followed by development and asset management experience with real estate developers Lendlease and CapitaLand, where she was responsible for large scale retail and mixed-use portfolios.
She was the project director for the development of CapitaLand’s mixed-use project Westgate mall and office tower, with a GDV of more than USD $1 billion. Su Lin was also the head of CapitaLand’s Corporate Development and Group Planning Division, which drove innovation culture across the group, with the objective of evolving the business model and adopting new technologies disrupting real estate.
Su Lin holds a master’s in architecture from the National University of Singapore.
