With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate leasing, investments, and data centers, Rachit leads the Data Center Leasing business for APAC and the Data Center Capital Markets business for India. He has built a reputation as a trusted and respected advisor in the field of digital infrastructure in India and throughout the APAC region.
With a profound comprehension of the subject matter, Rachit has established strong relationships with occupiers, operators, investors, developers, landowners, hyperscalers, as well as enterprise, retail, and end customers.
Rachit has successfully concluded transactions totaling over 18 million sq ft across 350+ deals. He has demonstrated exceptional mobility, working extensively across the Indian, APAC, and US markets. Rachit has played a key role in significant fundraise projects such as establishing a joint venture platform between a local operator and an international player. Additionally, he has provided buy-side advisory services for top data center operators, including large-scale self-build acquisition projects, as well as facilitating various high-profile colocation deals for major enterprise clients, including key BFSIs and OTT platforms.
