Mireille Wan is a Senior Consultant at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Singapore where she helms the day-to-day operations, drives membership growth through knowledge sharing and networking, and ensures financial sustainability. She is also a Full Member and has served in the Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee.
Mireille has held senior management roles in developer firms, brokerage business and occupier services in Singapore, China, North Asia and South East Asia. She has covered all major asset classes and specialized property assets such as hospitality; healthcare and recreational across townships and mixed use developments.
In addition to a Masters of Science (Real Estate) from National University of Singapore, Mireille also has a certificate in ESG and Materiality Reporting from Singapore Management University, leveraging her experience in environmental sustainability and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Mireille is a firm believer in nurturing young leaders in real estate industry and has mentored as well as spearheaded mentorship initiatives at the workplace, institutes of higher learning, Chambers of Commerce and ULI in Singapore and overseas.
The Urban Land Institute is an international, membership-based nonprofit research and education organization.
