Kelvin Lim, Executive Chairman of LHN Limited, Founder of Coliwoo
Mr. Lim Lung Tieng (“Kelvin”) is the Executive Chairman, Executive Director, and Group Managing Director of LHN Limited. He is also the Founder of Coliwoo, a leading Co-living Developer, Owner and Operator in Singapore.
With over 20 years of experience in property leasing, logistics services, and facilities management, Kelvin has been an integral part of the Group since 2001. He oversees business development and overall management, including investment activities, operations, and marketing efforts.
Under Kelvin’s leadership, LHN has evolved from a traditional space leasing company to a multidisciplinary real estate services provider.
As a veteran in the real estate sector, Kelvin has a keen ability to identify underutilised, old, and unused properties that hold potential. He leads the team in transforming these properties into efficient, usable spaces with appealing aesthetics, thereby enhancing their value.
He also developed LHN’s integrated facilities management and energy business, providing a comprehensive range of services and renewable energy solutions that complement LHN’s core space optimisation offerings. Making available to enterprises, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), these services enable enterprises access affordable solutions for their facility needs while also supporting them in achieving their sustainability goals.
He has successfully led the team through multiple Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), including the listing of LHN Limited on the SGX-ST Catalist Board in 2014 and its subsequent upgrade to the Main Board in 2023, the listing of LHN Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2017, and the listing of LHN Logistics Limited on the SGX-ST Catalist Board in 2022.
