Jyoti Ramchandani, Managing Director, SCORE+ Fund Manager, SC Capital

Jyoti Ramchandani, Managing Director, SCORE+ Fund Manager, SC Capital

Ms. Ramchandani joined the firm in 2019 with over 18 years of experience, including 14 in real estate, primarily focused on fund management in Asia. She is the fund manager of the SCORE+ fund and is responsible for the acquisition, asset management, value enhancement, realization activities, and the operations of the Fund.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ramchandani worked at Lendlease Asia from 2011-2018 as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Management in Asia. In her previous role, she was responsible for driving performance across Lendlease’s $6 billion funds’ platform with a multi-disciplinary investment management team of over 20 employees covering fund management, investment and asset management, and legal and finance. As part of the senior management team, she was responsible for evaluating new opportunities to grow the investment management platform.  In addition to this, Ms. Ramchandani was a member of several company-wide steering committees involving strategic decision making for projects under development and new business improvement initiatives. Prior to her appointment to Head of Investment Management, Ms. Ramchandani was the Fund Manager of two unlisted real estate funds in Lendlease Asia.  In this role she was responsible for all aspects of fund management, including fund establishment and structuring, fund performance, budgetary control, implementing initiatives to maximize returns and portfolio divestment. Prior to joining Lendlease Asia, Ms. Ramchandani was a Fund Manager with ING Real Estate Select from 2007 – 2011 , where she was responsible for investing and managing third party capital in real estate funds across a range of investment strategies in the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Ramchandani holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Honors in Economics) from Peterhouse, Cambridge University.
