Over 17 years of experience in New Infrastructure & Real Estate Research, investment, and asset management in China.
Johnny currently serving as the MD in CPE, and responsible for New Infrastructure & Real Asset investment at asset level as well as corporate level. His team covering wide range of sectors, including Green Energy Operating Asset, Logistics Warehouse, R&D and Industrial Parks, Internet Data Center, Rental Apartment, and Retail Assets. Apart from the equity investment business, his team also looking into private credit opportunities and NPL. Not only it has enormous research & investment experience, but CPE also has successfully built network with leading companies & its invested portfolio companies, the above mentioned strengths enable to create synergies and added-value on their projects.
Prior to joining CPE, Mr. Shao has previously worked for leading real estate investment and service companies, such as Gaw Capital, JLL, CBRE, Treasury Holdings, and DTZ.
