Jai Mirpuri is one of APAC’s leading industrial and warehousing real estate investment experts with over US$2 billion in funds raised and 50 investments across Japan, China, Singapore, India and Australia over the past 14 years. He is currently Head, Singapore Development & Thailand at ESR. His past roles include Co-CEO of ESR India and Head of Investments for Japan & China for Redwood Group (now ESR). With over 18 years of real estate experience, Jai has previously worked at Deutsche Bank (Singapore) & Capital One Bank (USA). He has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay. As an Indian born in Japan, he speaks English, Hindi, Japanese, Sindhi and basic Mandarin.
