Imelda Tham has over 20 years of solid real estate investment and asset management experience in Asia and the U.S.
Prior to joining Gaw Capital Partners, Ms. Tham was an Associate at Credit Suisse Private Equity Asia. Before relocating to Asia, Ms. Tham worked at Carlyle’s Real Estate Fund in Washington D.C., and closed transactions across the hotel, multi-family apartment, and senior housing sectors in North America. Ms. Tham also worked at Citigroup’s Investment Bank in New York, providing M&A advisory and financing services to clients in the U.S., Asia, Australia and Latin America.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, majoring in Finance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
