Gordon is a leading member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets (formerly titled Real Estate Investment and Advisory Services), Asia Pacific business and is based day to day in Hong Kong. The role covers strategic advice, investor relations, capital raising and brokerage. Gordon has conducted strategy work for clients, executed joint ventures in the region as well as undertaken capital raising initiatives, and thereby possesses broad property knowledge. Gordon sits on the APAC Capital Markets Board and has been tasked with leading a regional working group on the further development of the Cushman Capital Markets business in Asia Pacific. Having previously been actively involved in Asian outbound capital (at DTZ) he is well versed on global real estate markets and the drivers thereof.
