
Gisle Sarheim, Vice President, Feasibility & Investment Analysis, Real Estate & Asset Management, Asia Pacific, Hilton
Gisle Sarheim currently oversees Hilton’s real estate portfolio in Asia Pacific as well as the company’s Feasibility & Investment Analysis Group as Vice President. In his role he is responsible for asset and portfolio management, acquisitions/dispositions, capital strategy and investments, asset level debt restructuring, join venture management, as well as the underwriting of new management contracts. In his prior role as VP Development for Hilton Grand Vacations he oversaw the company’s acquisition and development activities, as well as development strategy, for Asia Pacific.
Prior to moving to Singapore in 2011, Mr. Sarheim was based at Hilton’s international headquarters in the UK, overseeing a complex real estate portfolio of assets in Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Mr. Sarheim has previously served on the Executive Committee of Asia Pacific Resort Development Organisation (APRDO), and the board of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Asia Pacific. He is a graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Sarheim resides in Singapore with his wife, Lara, and their three active boys.
