
Chae Hun Chang, Head of South Korea, JLL
Chae is the Country Head of JLL Korea. In addition, he is a part of Capital Markets team, being involved in property transactions. He also is responsible for overseeing Property Asset Management business in Korea.
Chae is an experienced real estate professional with over 27 years of multi-discipline knowledge, extensive understanding of the South Korean market and global experience. His experience in the industry includes property transactions, investment, asset management, property management, construction, development and architecture.
Chae holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, NYC, U.S.A. and a B. Arch. from WIT, Boston, U.S.A. He is a NCARB certified registered Architect (U.S.) and an Associate Member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (U.S.), Also, he is a certified member of Asset Management Association of Korea.
