Caroline Dellasega, Vice President, Investor Relations, AM Alpha

Caroline Dellasega is Vice President of Investor Relations for AM Alpha in Singapore, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with its investment partners. Caroline has almost 20 years of experience in the global real estate industry.

Caroline began her career in real estate in 2005 in the UK and first moved to APAC in 2011. She has previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA and APAC global capital markets teams in both Singapore and London managing cross-border transactions. Most recently, she served for over three years as Director of Investment Strategy at ANKEN Group, an independent urban regeneration developer and investor based in Shanghai. Caroline has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Manchester, a master’s degree in real estate from University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

AM ALPHA is a Munich based privately owned real estate family office that focuses on global investments in prime real estate on its own account and in collaboration with family offices, private clients and institutional investors in Europe and Asia. With around 100 real estate experts around the globe, the company is represented in over 10 cities worldwide including Munich, Madrid, Paris, Luxembourg, Tokyo, Sydney and Brisbane.
