Atsushi Sato serves as the Head of Financial Institution Group at UOB Japan, covering the relationship with Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Property Funds and Financial Sponsors. He joined UOB Singapore in 2015 and transferred to Japan to establish local Financial Institution business. UOB Japan has been successfully executing finances for various real estate asset classes (including Offices, Retails, Logistics, Hospitality assets, Self-storages, Data Centers, etc.) with international clients. Prior to joining UOB, he has worked for J.P. Morgan (currently, JPMorgan Chase & Co), Deutsche Bank, Carlyle, and ING. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance and investment.
