ESR announced on 19 April that the company had appointed Kerry Properties chief financial officer Serene Nah as an independent, non-executive director on its board, with effect from that same day. “As a Group, one of our core values is diversity and inclusion and we are very focused on ensuring that the Board fully reflects this to bring a broad spectrum of views and experiences to the table,” ESR chairman Jeffrey Perlman said in a statement. A veteran finance professional, Nah was made an executive director at Kerry Properties in October last year after being named chief financial officer in 2019. Prior to joining the Hong Kong-based developer, Nah had served as head of portfolio management for Asia at SilverLake Partners.
