Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Chris Cuff as regional executive director for commercial leasing, based in Singapore.

Cuff previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years in North America as vice president for office leasing in Toronto, then for five years in China as general manager of the Shanghai office and head of Greater China brokerage. After leaving Cushman in 2008, he served as a regional executive director for Asia at Colliers International for nearly a decade.

After relocating to Singapore with Colliers in 2015, Cuff left the company in 2017. His more recent projects included managing his own Strategram Consulting in Singapore and acting as a partner in Blue Moon Charters, a yacht leasing outfit in Phuket, Thailand.

Mark Lampard, executive director and head of regional tenant representation and commercial leasing for Cushman in Singapore, said Cuff’s appointment was in line with the firm’s strategy to expand its commercial brokerage business in the region to better serve clients.

“Corporate real estate in Asia is witnessing major shifts in landlord-tenant dynamics and we want to ensure our teams are able to provide real estate solutions to help our clients prepare for what’s next,” said Lampard, who previously worked with Cuff at Colliers. “We are very excited to have him back on board to help grow our commercial leasing businesses in Singapore and around the region.”

Cuff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
