Real estate agency Cushman & Wakefield announced today that veteran real estate executive Jonathan Davis is now the firm’s Managing Director for Eastern China.
Based in the company’s Shanghai office, Jonathan will have responsibility for growing the business of the world’s biggest privately held real estate consultancy in eastern China. In 2013 Cushman has made a number of moves this year to bolster their team in China’s increasingly competitive market for real estate services, adding former CBRE director Michael Stacy to its Shanghai operation just last month.
Davis has extensive experience building real estate businesses in China, most recently serving as Regional Director with developer Sun Hung Kai Properties. Prior to his time at Sun Hung Kai Mr Davis directed teams for both Morgan Stanley Investment Management and CBRE.
