This week China’s real estate community seems to have settled down after over a month of promotions for the favored few and job hopping for the unpromoted. Or maybe its just the change in the weather. Anyway, read on to find out who might be in a new place next time you call.
Antony Vuong is now Business Development Manager for German architectural practice CREA Group in Shanghai where he will be responsible for marketing the firm’s master planning, architecture, landscaping and interior design services. Vuong previously served with market agency Open D Group and also spent more than two years at retail-focused design agency Malherbe.
Elsa Tian is Head of International Properties at international property marketing and immigration agency Aucanlink in Jinan, Shandong. Prior to taking on her new role with Aucanlink, Elsa had worked in marketing for international real estate projects with both Knight Frank and Colliers in Shanghai, most recently serving as an Associate Director with Knight Frank.
David Ji is now head of Research and Consultancy for Greater China at Knight Frank in Hong Kong. Ji has taken charge of Knight Frank’s research and consultancy efforts after Thomas Lam, who previously ran the division took charge of the company’s Valuation & Consultancy business earlier this month. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Ji had served with Ernst & Young and DTZ.
As usual, if you know of other China real estate professionals changing their jobs, getting promoted or just doing something exciting, please feel free to share with the rest of the community here at Mingtiandi.
