In the 45-minute session, which is sponsored by Yardi, Sachin Doshi, founder and group CEO for the rental residential start-up, shares the stage with Qiqi Zhang, a managing director at one of his firm’s major backers Warburg Pincus.
With a portfolio of 10 properties across Hong Kong and Singapore, the operator and capital partner will be discussing how business has evolved since their initial partnership in 2018 and ways in which Weave has set themselves apart to become a regional rental housing brand.
In addition to partnering with Weave, Zhang has led Warburg Pincus investments in a number of other rental housing ventures in mainland China, including Shanghai-based platform Mofang.
