Acquisitions of logistics assets in China grew to more than $5.8 billion in 2021 as the world’s largest e-commerce market continued to push demand for more distribution space. That 2021 transaction total made China the most active logistics market in terms of stabilised assets last year, according to MSCI-RCA data, and with average warehouse vacancy levels staying in the mid-single digits more growth is expected in 2022.
To uncover the impact of this trend, Mingtiandi is proud to welcome leading investors, developers and advisors in a panel discussion as part of the Logistics Forum 2022.
In this first panel session, which is sponsored by Yardi, top executives from LaSalle Investment Management, SC Capital Partners, Cushman & Wakefield and Baker McKenzie will share their insights on opportunities and challenges for warehouse strategies in the region’s largest economy.
