Hong Kong is ready to host its biggest institutional real estate event since 2019 as Mingtiandi welcomes Asia’s top property executives to its first forum in the city in nearly four years.
The Mingtiandi Hong Kong Focus Forum 2023 features a keynote interview with PAG chairman and CEO Weijian Shan as he shares insights regarding his latest book, and the full day event opens with a panel led by Link REIT CEO George Hongchoy, APG head of Asia real estate Graeme Torre and Francis Li, international director, vice president and head of capital markets for Greater China at Cushman & Wakefield.
More than 250 industry professionals are expected for the event, which is being held at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Tsim Sha Tsui on 27 June, with guests from CPPIB, KIC and Blackstone having already registered.
The program, which is sponsored by Yardi and streamed over Mingtiandi’s MTD TV video platform, covers real estate investment opportunities throughout north Asia, with sessions on Japan and Korea as well as mainland China, in addition to panels on the industrial and commercial sectors.
