More than 250 executives representing 122 companies joined the Mingtiandi Singapore Forum 2025 on Tuesday, gathering to hear insights from top executives from Asia Pacific’s real estate investment community.
With 45 speakers appearing on stage at the full-day event, representatives of some of the world’s largest pension fund and sovereign wealth managers including APG, KIC, Temasek Holdings, Oxford and CDPQ, as well executives from top financial institutions JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, ING and UBS.
The majority of the attendees represented investment management firms including Asia-based players SC Capital Partners, Gaw Capital Partners, Rava Partners, Link Asset Management and Mastern, as well as executives from global firms Ares, Brookfield and Macquarie Asset Management.
With Singapore growing importance as a data centre hub the event also saw attendance from representatives of Digital Realty, Stack Infrastructure and NTT Global Data Centres

The Programme
Logistics, Data Centres and Tokyo
Following the success of the Singapore Forum, Mingtiandi will be back in June with our sixth annual APAC Logistics Forum on our MTD TV video platform.
The logistics forum is set to begin on 12 June with a spotlight interview, followed by a panel on China logistics investment on 17 June and a session on Asia’s emerging markets on 19 June.
The final week of the warehouse programme will include a session on the Japan and Korea markets on 24 June, followed by a panel on investment in Australian logistics on 26 June.
In September, MTD TV will return with our sixth annual APAC Data Centre Forum featuring a panel on Asia Pacific’s hyperscale market, along with geographically focused sessions on Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea, and the Australia market.
For members of the community hoping to meet industry leaders in person, the Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum is coming up on 5 November with speakers from Brookfield, Alyssa Partners, Hilton, SC Capital Partners and IHG Hotels and Resorts having already booked their appearances.
