Mingtiandi launched its proptech survey last week and has already received responses from top executives managing billions of dollars in real estate across the region.
To date, more than 80 responses to the survey have been received with over 75 percent of respondents indicating that they hold director-level or above positions in their companies and more than 30 percent of entries coming from representatives of companies that manage at least $1 billion in property assets.
The survey, which is open until 20 August, is set to measure the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on adoption of technology in Asia Pacific’s property industry.
If you have not entered the survey yet, then we encourage you to do so here:
All entries will be kept anonymous and information submitted will only be used for the purposes of tracking industry trends.
Proptech Event on Way in November
With the coronavirus pandemic having created new challenges for companies managing, marketing and building real estate across the region, Mingtiandi’s survey of its 10,000 subscribers this year will build on benchmarks established in its groundbreaking 2017 proptech report.
The survey, which is sponsored by real estate investment and property management software provider Yardi Systems, will play a central role in a November online event exploring how use of technology in Asia’s property industry has changed in recent years, and will reveal where industry executives see it heading in the future.
We invite you all to take part in the survey, and feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more.
