Asia Proptech 2021: COVID-19 Accelerates a Trend

Mingtiandi’s Asia Proptech Forum 2021 kicks off on 19 January with a presentation of the findings from the Tech Adoption in Asian Real Estate report, a 65-page study based on a survey of property professionals around Asia Pacific, and backed by in-depth interviews with industry leaders.

Following presentation of the report results, Mingtiandi’s Michael Cole will discuss with Regional Director of Asia Pacific, Bernie Devine from Yardi on how the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated technology use in the industry.

In the final segment of the one hour program, Michael will interview Claire Cormier Thielke, Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Hines, along Charlie Kuntz, the US developer’s Innovation Officer, about trends they see in proptech adoption in the region and globally, and how their company is working with occupiers to be future ready.
