Man Kinoshita, Partner, Special Situations, Japan
Mr. Kinoshita joined Bain Capital in 2023 as Partner to our real estate efforts in Japan working as part of both the Special Situations and Private Equity teams.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Kinoshita was the Japan Head for Goldman Sach’s Asset Management Division and had been responsible for the firm’s alternative investment strategies, including Real Estate, Credit, Private Equity and Growth Equity in Japan. Before taking this role, Mr. Man was a Co-Head of Special Situation Group at Goldman Sachs Japan.
Mr. Kinoshita received a BS from Keio University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
