Panel: Core Office Investment Strategies in APAC MTD TV Office Strategies Forum 2022

2022/11/03 by Mingtiandi Team Leave a Comment

After opening the year with a series of record transactions in markets around the region, investors in office properties across the region have become more selective in the face of rising interest rates and geopolitical tensions, with commercial investment volumes falling by 26 percent year-on-year in the second quarter, according to MSCI.

Despite the drop-off in transactions, market fundamentals for many of the region’s largest office markets remain strong with demand continuing to rebound in urban centres such as Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo.
