Yiwen Yang, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management, Brookfield Asset Management

Yiwen Yang is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Portfolio Management, for Brookfield in China.

Ms. Yang, joined the organisation in 2016 to oversee the property teams and drive financial performance of investment properties in China. In her current role Ms. Yang maintains effective communications with investors and partners, identifies and implements value added opportunities for existing properties, implements and monitors annual property budgets for income, operation and capital expenditure and assists with the acquisition process.

Prior to joining Brookfield Ms Yang has more than ten year’s experience in both Australia and China in research, investment analysis, operations and asset management as well as full investment cycle
experience.

Ms Yang holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.
