With continued competition for core assets in top Asian markets, more investors are turning to value-add strategies to create yield in top regional markets.

To explore how developers and fund managers are using repositioning, regeneration and redevelopment to create value in core markets, Mingtiandi is organising an online forum dedicated to value-add strategies in the region.

The three-part series of events, which is sponsored by Yardi, will bring together top players from within the region and around the globe, to explain their recent projects and foretell the future of value-add during March and April 2021. The one-hour panel discussion will focus on acquisitions and disposals, as well as on repositioning and leasing strategies.
