The top developers and design studios in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau picked up a series of awards at a global streaming event last week, showcasing the region’s most impressive real estate creations of the past year, from megaprojects to boutique condo properties.
Among the developers honoured at the annual awards ceremony were Hong Kong’s New World Development, Lofter Group, and Henderson Land Development, as well as mainland China’s Zhuhai Huafa Properties.
Design practices Lead8, LYCS Architecture and Benoy Limited also earned recognition for a variety of projects across the region at the 9th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau), organised by leading Southeast Asian proptech firm PropertyGuru Group, and supported by Anjuke.
“The developers and design practices of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau are known for producing some of the most remarkable works of architecture and engineering in Asia Pacific,” said Hari V Krishnan, CEO and managing director of PropertyGuru Group.
“These award-winning projects show the rest of Asia Pacific what can be done in design and development, inspiring more companies to create what’s next,” Krishnan added.
