Mr Tripp Gantt is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Manager. He works with the Board to determine the strategy for MUST as well as with other members of the management team to execute MUST’s investment strategy. Mr Gantt is also responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of MUST, working with the Manager’s investment, asset management, financial, legal and compliance personnel in meeting the strategic, investment and operational objectives of MUST.
Mr Gantt is a real estate investment professional with over 23 years of experience. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Gantt was Assistant Senior Investment Officer at the Washington State Investment Board (WSIB), a leading US pension fund with an AUM of approximately US$25 billion in real estate.
Prior to joining WSIB in 2005, Mr Gantt’s experience included roles as an independent real estate consultant, an Associate Project Manager with Heartland LLC, and a Land Acquisitions Manager at Scatter Creek Holdings. He began his real estate career at PGP Valuation as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst & Appraiser.
Mr Gantt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Urban Studies from Georgia State University.
