Ross Antoci joined UI in 2011 as Co-owner and principal with over 30 years of commercial real estate, banking and finance industry experience in Japan, China and Australia. Since joining UI, he has been involved directly in the investment and development of over 1.3 million sqm GFA of projects whilst also driving the business’ strategic growth plans.
Prior to UI, Mr. Antoci held senior management positions including Co-Head of Fixed Income and Japan Representative at Bear Sterns Japan and a member of JP Morgan Japan’s Business Committee. At Bear Sterns he oversaw the origination over JPY 1.4 trillion of commercial real estate related investments and financings, including over JPY 400 billion of CMBS and related issuances completed in the period between March 2005 and December 2007.
Mr. Antoci holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Master of Real Estate Development and Management from Heriot Watt University. Mr. Antoci is a qualified chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).
