Payam Eshragi, Group Head, Infrastructure, ESR
Appointed as Group Head of Infrastructure in October 2024, Payam Eshragi drives ESR’s global infrastructure investment strategy, encompassing fund origination, investment, and management to advance the Group’s growth and diversification objectives.
With 20 years of experience in infrastructure, most recently with Macquarie, Payam has a distinguished track record of maximising returns from infrastructure projects across a broad spectrum of asset classes in both emerging and established markets. Based in Singapore, he utilises his industry expertise to augment ESR’s existing strengths, promoting continued growth and delivering accretive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Payam holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies (Honours), majoring in Actuarial Studies and Finance, from the Australian National University.
