Tosei Asset Advisors is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tosei Corporation, a listed property company in the Tokyo Stock Exchange. We operate in multiple areas, such as asset management and CRE advisory.
Our private fund business has grown its AUM to over JPY 1 trillion or USD 10 billion, and 80% of the capital we manage is from outside of Japan. By capitalizing on experience in private funds, Tosei REIT Investment Corporation (our REIT) went public in 2014.
We take pride in being an independent asset manager and always put our client’s best interests first. As a discretionary asset manager, compliance and management of conflict of interest is also of critical importance. We help global capital navigate real estate investments in Japan.
