Speaker Bio: Mark Gladu of JLL MTD TV Productions

Mark is a Senior Director in JLL’s Asia Pacific Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team. He is responsible for assisting clients to invest their capital into the logistics & industrial sector across the region. Such investment includes areas such as stabilized asset transactions, bare land development, build-to-suit opportunities, and establishing joint-ventures.

In 2014 Mark joined JLL in Shanghai where he helped to establish the firm’s capital markets capabilities in the growing China logistics & industrial market. Taking his experience from a rapidly expanding industry he has relocated to Singapore with JLL to utilize his logistics & industrial knowledge to further expand JLL’s capabilities across the Asia Pacific.
