Mandy Lan is a special counsel in Baker McKenzie’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her legal practice focuses on investment, use and operations of real estate assets across a variety of classes such as data centers, logistics/warehouse, hotels, branded residence, office, retail and mixed-use assets in Hong Kong, China and APAC.
Mandy is experienced in representing institutional investors, PE funds and multinational corporate users in a broad range of high value real estate transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and asset/project management, hyperscale leasing/colocation transactions, sell and lease-back, anchor office and retail tenancy and general commercial leasing.
