Josephine Yip is Vice-President, Investments & Asset Management at Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate group of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). She is based in Singapore and works with Ivanhoé Cambridge teams across Asia Pacific to design and execute investment and asset-management strategies.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry covering capital raising, investments, asset management and portfolio management across varied sectors and countries in Asia-Pacific.
Before joining CDPQ Real Estate, she was SVP, Portfolio Management at Alpha Investment Partners where she led portfolio management and capital raising activities. She was also formerly VP, Investment Management at GIC, covering Australia, South-east Asia, India and Korea over a 12-year stint. She has a wide-ranging and versatile investment track record and is well-versed in portfolio deals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honors and is a CFA® Charterholder.
