Joelin Ma, Director, Non-Listed Real Estate Asia, APG Asset Management
Joelin Ma is Director, Real Estate at APG Asset Management Asia. Based in Hong Kong office, she is responsible for acquisition and asset management of private real estate investments in Asia Pacific and helps manage the c. Euro 14 bn Asia Pacific real estate portfolio, covering both mainstream and alternative sectors throughout the region.
She has over 20 years of real estate investment experience across various Asian markets such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and Korea. Prior to joining APG, Joelin was a Director at Composition Capital Partners, developing their regional strategy, executing real estate and managing partner relations across the region. Before that, she worked in JPMorgan, Citi Property Investors and Lendlease. Joelin holds a Master of Financial Analysis degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has obtained a Bachelors of Arts with highest honors in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
