
Jialin Li, Managing Director, Investment Management, Greystar
Jialin Li is Managing Director of Greystar Investment Management. Her key responsibility is leading the execution and the implementation of the Company’s strategies. She holds a Master’s degree of Investment banking & Capital markets from Friedrich-Alexander-University and studied at Tongji University. Jialin joined SDP Investment as a Managing Director in May 2019, based in Shanghai. SDP Capital is a local fund manager which is founded by ex-Warburg Pincus executive and Jialin is leading fund-raising activities and sourcing new deals. Before that, she worked at Fosun as a Managing Director in Oct 2017, based in Shanghai. Jialin was responsible for capital raising for Fosun global real estate business. Prior to that, Jialin worked at Tishman Speyer and Gaw Capital as an investment professional for over ten years and had strong acquisition track record. From China, she speaks fluent English and native Mandarin.
