Harry Lee is the Director at Hines based in Korea. He is responsible for sourcing, acquisition, capitalization, developments and managements of Hines Korea. With total 14 years of experience in Korea investment, he is successfully expanding Hines Korea business with multiple developments and acquisitions in logistics and office sectors since he joined Hines in January 2021.
Prior to joining Hines, he worked at DWS as Head of Transactions since 2013. During this time, Harry managed full cycle of acquisition including origination, investment analysis, due diligence management, negotiation with vendor, communication with clients, and closing for totaling USD 1.5bn. Before that, Harry spent over 4 years with Rutter Private Equity for reviewing real estate investment opportunities and managing fund raising. Harry graduated from Yonsei University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2009.
