
Eugene Lim, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The Assembly Place
Eugene Lim YJ is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Assembly Place.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before founding The Assembly Place, he was the Director, Marketing and Sales at Oxley Holdings Limited. During his 5.5 years tenure with Oxley, he was responsible for the marketing and sales of local and overseas projects for the group and oversee the launch of more than 10 projects.
Prior to joining Oxley, Eugene was with WingTai Property Management as Assistant General Manager (Marketing & Sales). He was also with Knight Frank (Singapore) for 4 years where he rose from the rank of Senior Manager to Director, Head of Project Marketing and successfully launched more than 35 projects during this period. Before Knight Frank, Eugene was with HSR International, a real estate agency for 4 years where he trained and recruited a team of more than 300 salespersons focusing on new home sales. Eugene holds a degree in Business Management from University of London.
Eugene sits on the board of Arts House Limited and the Committee of Singapore Athletics Association. He also sits on the Advisory Panel under the National Arts Council to guide on the design and execution for 45 Armenian Street, which has been earmarked as an arts space.

We operate on an asset-light model that leverages our digital infrastructure to manage and operate our portfolio of property assets through our Group and Associated Companies. Our business segments comprise three segments:
Community-Driven Stays
We operate and manage residential and other types of property assets under distinct brands that cater to a wide breadth of customers. We also offer property management services including marketing, prospective tenant introduction/screening and maintenance for mixed-use and commercial property assets.
Other Property-related Services
We offer property asset owners other value-added services such as referral services and project management services where we coordinate renovation and refurbishment works on behalf of the property asset owner.
Investments
As part of the ordinary course of our business, we acquire minority ownership interests in companies that own property assets. After such acquisition, we may enter into tenancy agreements, project management agreements and/or property management agreements with such companies. From time to time, we invest in or acquire companies with strategic or synergistic benefits to our Group.
