David is the Managing Director of Perri Projects, a private diversified Australian investment and development group.
Perri has a focus on major developments and assets across the country and has a strong track record for delivering award winning projects. It has a portfolio of investments and project work under development with an end value of over $3bn within the Retail, Office, Industrial and Multi Residential sectors.
Over the last 12 years Perri has proven itself a diligent and capable investment manager successfully delivering strategies across Core, Core Plus, Value Add and Opportunistic real estate with a range of major institutional and capital partners. David previously held roles managing new business transactions and project delivery with two of Australia’s largest diversified property groups, and he holds a Bachelor Business (Hons) from RMIT University.
