Conan is the Vice President of WeWork Greater China, General Manager of WeWork North and South China, Hongkong and Taiwan, and General Manager of WeWork Greater China Community and Building Operations, who in charge of Community and Building Operations across Greater China and all aspects of WeWork’s operations across North and South China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Conan joined WeWork in 2018, as the first ever area General Manager in Greater China, he led the company in winning profit in North China and continuously gained rapid growth through exploring innovative management strategy. He also led crucial projects in market localization campaign over Greater China, covering decision making and process management, product and business development, operations, and efficiency management. Including but not limited to department as community and building operations, revenue management and public affairs. These all created positive impact in flexible workspace industry and laid a strong foundation to the next phase of growth of WeWork in Greater China market.
Conan is a highly influential leader with more than 20 years of experience in finance, real estate, internet, logistic industry where he specializes in operations and business strategy development in large MNCs and Fortune 500 companies.
He serves as Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China; Vice Chairman of Commercial Real Estate Committee of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce; Alumni Mentor at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and interviewer to Guanghua School MBA entrance examination; Appointed Expert of China Academy of Building Science; Co-chair at Experts Committee Zhongguancun International Frontier Technology Innovation Competition.
Conan received his MBA, Master of Business Administration degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
