Christopher Hur, Managing Director, Investments, SC Capital Partners
Christopher Hur is a Managing Director in the investments and asset management team. Based in Singapore, he leads the firm’s hospitality investments and platform strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Hur joined the firm in 2026 with nearly two decades of global hotel real estate and investment experience. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a Southeast Asian hospitality platform backed by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital, where he led the group’s strategic initiatives, platform expansion, and capital management. Previously, Mr. Hur spent nearly a decade at Host Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest lodging REITs, where he held senior investment positions across the Asia Pacific region and the United States. He began his career in investment banking and real estate private equity at Lehman Brothers, with postings in New York and Hong Kong.
Mr. Hur holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
