Chedli Boujellabia is the Founder, Managing Partner and CEO of Alyssa Partners.
Mr. Boujellabia founded Alyssa Partners in 2012 initially as an advisory firm and progressively transformed it into an investment management platform focusing on the Japanese market. With more than twenty years of experience in real estate investing and lending of which the last 13 years were spent covering the Japanese market, Mr. Boujellabia’s role in the firm is overseeing investments, asset management and capital partnerships.
Before founding Alyssa Partners, Mr. Boujellabia was the President and Representative Director of Eurohypo Japan Corporation (Commerzbank Group) where he led several high-profile debt restructurings post global financial crisis including Pacific Century Place Marunouchi and Shiba Koen Building. Mr. Boujellabia started his career at Eurohypo Real Estate Investment Banking in London (Deutsche Bank Group) and held several senior positions within Real Estate Investment Banking, European Structured Finance and Capital Markets.
Mr. Boujellabia holds a bachelor degree in Finance from Institut Superieur de Gestion de Tunis (Tunisia) and a master degree in International Banking and Finance from Le Havre Normandie University (France).
