Carol Chow, Founder and Chairperson, Lofter Group
Miss Chow Pui Yin, Carol, is the Founder and Chairperson of LOFTER GROUP, which is well recognized as one of the emerging developers in Hong Kong. Carol is a real estate expert with more than 15 years’ solid experience in the Hong Kong real estate market. Her expertise includes formulating redevelopment and value-adding strategies, exploring under-valued acquisition opportunities, and handling property trading procedures.
LOFTER GROUP was founded in 2012 by Carol, and she has been involved in all phases of LOFTER’s development since its establishment. In respond to the rapidly changing market environment, Carol has directed LOFTER to focus on urban redevelopment projects across full spectrum of asset classes in recent years, including residential, commercial and industrial properties. With Carol and her team’s strong local expertise in the Hong Kong real estate market, they have consistently spotted new and rewarding opportunities throughout the years, which leads to successful implementation of various strategies to specifically cater for projects from industrial revitalization to urban renewal redevelopment.
Carol holds a MSc in Finance and Management from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom and a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. She maintains extensive industry network with a variety of experts in both construction and property agency industries, and her team has developed bespoke and comprehensive strategies for each project to achieve impressive results over the years.
