
Brad Fu, Executive Vice President, Head of Acquisitions, Asia Pacific, Heitman
Brad is the Head of Acquisitions for Heitman’s Asia-Pacific Private Equity group and an equity owner of the firm. He is responsible for leading Heitman’s investment strategies in sourcing, underwriting and execution across the key target markets in Asia Pacific including Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. Brad has 18 years of real estate originations and investment experience having previously served as Head of Real Estate at Anbang Insurance and prior to that as Portfolio Manager of Strategic Real Estate Asia at APG Asset Management. Brad received his BS in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, he serves on the boards of publicly listed and private companies and is a SFC licensed Responsible Officer for asset management in Hong Kong.
